All our couplings meet the API Specifications 5CT/5B requirements.
Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect two joints of
tubing or casing. We provide two types of casing couplings: EUE
(External Upset End) and NUE (Non-Upset End). Our threading process
utilizes advanced numerically controlled lathes and imported
molding cutters to ensure accurate thread formation in a single
operation, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability between
couplings.
To ensure the highest quality control standards, we have
established comprehensive testing capabilities. We conduct thorough
assessments using specialized tools to measure tape accuracy, check
pitch alignment, analyze tooth depth uniformity, and verify profile
integrity.
We stock a range of sizes from 2-3/8" to 20'' in various grades
such as J55,K55,N80,and P110. All our products comply with the
rigorous API Specifications 5CT standards to guarantee superior
performance and reliability within the industry.

Packaging: Couplings are securely packaged on wooden pallets
tightly wrapped/W paper carton.
During production, we carefully select raw materials while
conducting mechanical tests such as tensile strength evaluations
and impact tests. We also monitor chemical properties control for
optimal results. Sulfide stress cracking tests are performed for
material grades C90 or T95. Size tolerances, including outer
diameter (OD), wall thickness, length, and straightness, are
rigorously controlled. Thread quality is closely monitored in terms
of threads per inch and thread angle (premium threaded options
undergo even more stringent checks).
Heat treatment is applied to enhance the mechanical properties of
the couplings. Additional markings as required by specifications
are added, and material certification verification is conducted.
Product Specification Level (PSL-2 or PSL-3) compliance is ensured.
