Cementing Plug

Our company specializes in supplying API oilfield drilling cementing tools, with a specific focus on cement plugs for both top and bottom applications. These cement plugs are crucial components in the cementing process as they effectively isolate the cement slurry from other fluids, ensuring consistent and dependable performance while preventing any form of contamination. We offer a diverse range of cement plugs that are widely utilized in various cementing operations.

Our series of cementing plugs are equipped with reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs. These teeth lock together between the plugs and the float equipment, eliminating any rotation of the plug during drill out. The plugs are primarily made of graded rubber with an aluminum or phenolic core inside. These plugs do not contain any other metal parts, ensuring their compatibility and ease of drillability. They can be used in PDC drilling applications.

The operating range of temperature for the plugs with an aluminum core is up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we also offer options for higher operating temperatures and compatibility with synthetic or mud fluids. Our cement plugs are available in sizes ranging from 4-1/2" to 20", and we can accommodate special size requirements as well.
