Product Description
This type of pump operates by inserting the barrel into the well at
a specific depth using tubing. The plunger is then inserted into
the barrel using a sucker rod. The tubing pump has a larger bore,
which leads to a higher pump rate compared to the rod pump.
Furthermore, the rod pump can be divided into three seating modes:
Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, and THM pump (Stationary Heavy
Wall Mechanical Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.

to a tubing string, while the plunger assembly is connected to the
sucker rod string. The plunger moves up and down in a reciprocating

tubing pumps is that, if there are any issues with the traveling
valve or fixed valve, only the valve-side components like the
sucker rod, piston, and extractor need to be replaced. This
eliminates the necessity of removing the entire pump and tubing
string from the well, reducing labor intensity and operational
costs.
