H2S Resistant Structure Sucker Rod Pump Description

H2S resistant sucker rod pump is a new kind of subsurface rod pump in Puyang Zhongshi Group, suitable for the extreme corrosion for salt water, H2S and CO2. The basic structure is same with the API oil rod pumps, but the parts material is corrosion resisitant.Sucker rod pump is equipped with a seating nipple(there are two seating nipples in API-RHBM-AC) , seating nipple connection on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly is connected on the rod string and together with the whole pump down to support joint position, pump is fixed within the support joint by external force, plunger assembly is together with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work. Don't need to put out of the tubing string when the sucker rod pump is mantained, only through rod string together put out of the whole pump, operation is simple. NACE standard, is used in the oil well enviroment of extreme abrasion
