Non-Rotating Cement Wiper Plug Temperature -30℃~150℃ PDC Drillable Feature

The Non-rotating cementing top plug is manufactured by graded rubber,the rubber is fused onto a composite or aluminum core, rubber and aluminum/composite material is to be bonded strongly.

Features

• Reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs.

• Eliminate rotation of the plug during drill out.

• Operating range of temperature with Hydrogenated Nitrile core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.

• The bottom plug in orange with rupture diaphragm at 300 psi differential.

• PDC drillable.

• Can be operated in either synthetic or mud fluids.
