including all barrel and plunger materials and surface finishes.
This is why our sucker rod pumps can be furnished with the
components most suitable for your field of application and pumping
operations can easily be extended to corrosive environments.
To achieve maximum performance,API subsurface pumps are machined
with extra small clearance between the plunger and the inside wall
of the barrel.

The operating principle of tubing pumps involves the pump barrel
assembly being securely attached to a tubing string. The plunger
assembly is connected to the sucker rod string and moves up and
down in a reciprocating motion, facilitating the production
process. One of the main advantages of tubing pumps is that they
allow for efficient problem-solving during oil production. When
issues arise with the traveling valve or fixed valve, the valve
side can be addressed by utilizing the sucker rod, piston, and
extractor. This eliminates the need to remove the entire pump and
tubing string from the well, reducing labor intensity and
operational costs.
Main parts process and material:
Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel
carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low
alloy steel nitride (B5).
Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel
chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2),
tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium
carbide (C3).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and
other materials.
